Zander on a bed of vegetable confetti seasoned with curry accompanied Guigal's 1999
"La Doriane" Condrieu. This was a great pairing!

Gaby's Excellent Palate-Cleansing Sorbet of Rosemary and Lemoncello.
Sandy brought a bottle of her Uncle Mario's 1960 Santa Clara Cabernet Sauvignon.
Gemello's 1960 is a legendary red wine, still young at 40 years of age!
A fabulous main plate of grilled wild hare and braised wirsing (a type of cabbage).
DRC Echezeaux with the assorted cheeses and Norbert's home-baked breads. The 1995
and 1996 were terrific.
Alexia and her shadow entertained the ensemble while dessert was being prepared. I
kid you not.
