As we walked in, we saw lots of seafood on
display...

As you can see, most of the seafood is sold by weight.

The tray on the right is loaded with percebes, a sort of
"barnacle."
Our friend insisted we order these and we did...
What a delicious delicacy!
A bottle of Casal Garcia's Vinho Verde was seven Euros on the wine list and it
tasted great as a simple dry white paired with oysters and more...

We had a stellar bowl of steamed clams, too.

We asked the waiter for a "serving for three" of
percebes and prawns...
Here's what he brought...

These prawns were also outstanding...

We ordered another bottle of wine...Soalheiro Alvarinho.
Delicious!
And we had rice and seafood to accompany it.

I can't recall what was so funny...

We were full, but the waiter drove the dessert trolley for us
to have a look...

We'd highly recommend this place...
It's not especially fancy, though there's a note of formality to the restaurant.
A meal for three, with a ton of food, set us back about 180 Euros.
It was worth every penny.
